How to Schedule Changes to a Shortened Link

Create a dynamic scheduled URL with Jelly URL.
Written by Maxwell Pelic,

Have you ever wanted to make a shortened link that changes to a different destination later? I’ve just finished developing a website that does just that - Jelly URL allows users to do just that; schedule their link to change destinations at a certain date and time.

Step 1: Create an account

The first step is to create an account at Jelly URL. You can use a 30-day free trial to get your account set up and try it out.

The next step is to create a new link. You can add a custom URL ending and change the title of your link to something descriptive.

Step 3: Create a schedule

The last step is to add a schedule with the changes you want. The Jelly URL service is set up where you can set a date and time for the destination to change, so it’s easy to manage an event or livestream without having to do extra work on the day of the event.

You can share the link with your audience by copying the link or the QR code from the dashboard.
